Tory Thompson

Tory Thompson has a BS in Therapeutic Recreation and Community Education from Minnesota State University.   She has worked in all levels of senior housing SNF, ALF, RCF, MCU for 30+ years directing Recreation, Volunteer and Chaplaincy programs and in Sales and Marketing.  Tory’s specialty is in memory care and life enrichment for which she has designed trainings for both professional and family caregivers.  She’s led caregiver support groups and is a volunteer trainer at The Alzheimer’s Association.   Tory is currently a Referral Development Specialist for Providence ElderPlace, a national PACE program.

Donna Jewell Black is the Manager of Care Management at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center. She graduated from Good Samaritan School of Nursing in 1980, went on to receive her BSN in 2011, and is set to complete her MSN in 2018. She has worked in Case Management in a variety of settings since 1990, including hospital, LTAC, insurance, physician office, and home based care. Donna is certified in case management by the ACMA, CMSA and is a Case Management Administrator Certified through the Center of Case Management. Her leadership experience includes Director of Health Services with Landmark Health and she was the Director of Case Management at Vibra Specialty Hospital of Portland from 2011-2016. She has been active on the board of the Oregon Medical Case Management Group since 2014 and serves as the current president. Donna is a long-time resident of Portland, and when she’s not working she enjoys spending time with four generations of family that live nearby.

Bonnie Robb, RN-BC, BSN, CCM, CNLCP

Bonnie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University.   She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society and has Board Certification as a Nurse Case Manager and a Nurse Life Care Planner.   She has been CCM certified for over 20 years and has worked as a Case Manager for 25 years.   Bonnie has worked in various inpatient/outpatient health care settings as well as in the private sector in case management. Since 2000, Bonnie has been self-employed and provides case management/life care planning services to a variety of clients.   She is past president of the Washington Medical Case Management Group and has served on the Oregon State Bar’s illegal Practice of Law Committee.   Bonnie lives in Lake Oswego and is committed to personal health through yoga and gardening.

Dena has an Associate Degree in Arts & Sciences & Nursing from Clark College and graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in March 2011, with President’s Honors. She has been a Case Manager in the health insurance industry for close to 25 years and has been a Certified Case Manager (CCM) for 15 years. Dena is currently employed with Moda Health as the Case Management Supervisor and Case Manager for Medicaid members in Eastern Oregon. Her areas of clinical expertise are orthopedics & rehabilitation. Dena provided primary nursing care in the hospital and home health settings for 13 years. Dena has been a member of OMCMG since 1989 and a member of the Board of Directors since about 1998. She has been married for over 35 years. Dena’s husband has been retired since 2004. They enjoy their 3 dogs in the Clark County, WA neighborhood they have lived for 35 years.
